If you are looking for a refund you should call into the company as the best option is to talk with a representative about the charges. If it is fraud you should call in to cancel your card and request a refund.

Second time this happened to me, purchasing something off a website but its saying payment declined. I upload ** dollars on my card and i received an email saying out of * of my shipments * coming which is already purchased that cost *.** and the other three is declined. Therefore how is it when i call my card back its saying i only have * dollars lefted on my card from having ** dollars minus *.** where did the rest of my money go since the other three shipments wasnt able to go through? I would like to know where did my the rest of my money go to from having ** dollars and only spending *.** but left with * dollars
