Help with my RushCard issue
I bought an item at a local hardware store with cash when I got home realized that it was the wrong thing I took it back to store and the clerk said they couldn't give me cash back they would have to put it on my rushcard they did then rushcard shut my card off and said they were keeping my money until I could prove it wasn't fraud so I sent them a receipt and they told me my card has been permanently deactivated and they didn't have capabilities of depositing money on another card what a ****ing joke a card company that can't put money on a card and it's been a month still no check ever time I call I get the same stupid *** hat that hangs up on me
I trust that RushCard will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
