If you are looking for a refund you should call into the company as the best option is to talk with a representative about the charges. If it is fraud you should call in to cancel your card and request a refund.
The issue in GetHuman-rankinsp's own words
Accidental charge for ***.**. Cancelled immediately through merchant. Called customer service twice. First call representative put me on hold to “check my account” and hung up on me. Second call seemed to be the same representative who told me the merchant can only release the funds and I have to call them and obtain a transaction release form and fax it to ***-***-****. The merchant never withdrew money from the account. The transaction has been pending. I want my refund available.
GetHuman-rankinsp did not yet indicate what RushCard should do to make this right.
