On October **, my birthday, (this is the latest I can get back to you on this), I ordered a full rack of ribs to go, went to pickup the dinner ,and brought it home. When I started eating, my ribs were over cooked, burnt, and tough whereas I could only eat part of it. This happened to me at least two times previous, and they corrected it. (Once while I dining in) . Once again, I am disappointed for paying good money for this to happen. I have chosen your restaurant the first choice because of the ribs in the first place! I would like to have another dinner cooked the way it's supposed to be -(tender ribs) , because I want to keep patronizing your restaurant. Thank you.
