Arrived at Ruby Yuesday af approx. **:**pm. Wanted to order takenout and have a drink in the meantime. Didnt. I ordered * triple plays. Was told they ran out bbn of fried shrimp. I then asked the bartender suggested I try grilled. I said ok but she then said "Let me ask my manager", In a loud voice she said "**** No!. First of alm she is the most unprofessional, manager I have ever seen in that type of setting. Uses profanity, Dirty uniform etc. My question: Do you practice losing customers or gaining repeat business?? So we didnt get to eat. I bbn ordered one drink ghay was *.** and tkpped the waitress *.**. And left saying to myself*Never again. *Feel free to contact me at************Ty Prince III
