On saturday ********, i was in your Moosic restaurant. at arrival, paper on door advised a ** min wait. as restaurant not busy was odd. after * groups behind us got seated, i inquired. they just forgot us. Kelly, who would be our server stepped in and got us seated. We weren't happy and she went out of her way to turn it around. got our appetizer. half way through eating, discovered what appeared to be a rib bone in it. i stopped another server and asked to see the manager. She never came out, ever. I then told our server, who handled beautifully and somehow managed to turn the situation around. we've eaten here many times and it's always been a good experience. Someone needs to know about the whole experience as it was obvious there is a management issue there. And someone also needs to know that you are very very lucky to have a server like Kelly working for you. I've been a professional businesswoman for over ** years and i suggest you let a Kelly run the place instead of whoever the manager is currently. At the very least, she should be rewarded in some way (and tell her thank you again). Thank you for listening.
