I received a text message with a code [redacted]91GB indicating a missed delivery. Despite clear signs requesting packages to be delivered to the rear of my property, the delivery person failed to attempt to contact me or leave any notice. I am always available and provide my phone number 07[redacted]17 when placing orders. The tracking number is not working, preventing me from scheduling a redelivery. Kindly, follow the instructions to deliver to the rear of my property promptly or reach out if there are any issues. Please acknowledge my request. I recently purchased a bottle of perfume on eBay, which was dispatched from Nottinghamshire on the 4th of March. The tracking information shows that it was signed for by someone named Isaac on the 6th of March at 9:33 am. However, no such person came to my house, and I have a Ring doorbell camera that would have captured any delivery. I am disappointed as this item was intended as a Mother's Day gift for my mum. The seller has provided proof of delivery, but the signature does not match anyone in my household. I have checked with my neighbors with no success. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly, and I am concerned about the integrity of your company's staff. Hello, I wanted to share that I received a text message on my mobile phone from +44 7[redacted]68 stating that my parcel from Royal Mail couldn't be delivered. The message instructed me to click on a link for redelivery. Upon clicking the link, a tracking number of [redacted]C02ED12DA was provided, indicating a redelivery charge of £1.74 due for an attempted delivery on 13-03-21. However, when I input the tracking number on your website, it is not recognized, and I never received a delivery card. I was notified by Royal Mail via text that a parcel was set for delivery on Wednesday, March 17, [redacted]. Then, I received an email later that day stating the parcel had been delivered, even though it was not received. I stayed home all day and no delivery was made. Since Royal Mail confirmed delivery, I haven't contacted the sender. In addition to the missing parcel issue, I was expecting a new Barclaycard that also seems to be lost in the mail. Barclaycard confirmed they sent it last week but now have canceled it. I wouldn't have connected the two missing items, but given the circumstances, I wanted to inform them both.

In early March [redacted], DVLA sent both my and my wife's driving licenses to the wrong address at C15 Barrow Marsh C.P., Goldhanger Road, Heybridge, CM9 4RA. They were redirected to our correct address at 7 Elton Walk, Tiptree, CO5 0DD. My wife received hers around the 9th of March, but I am still waiting for mine. The name on the missing package is Mr. Christopher Brand. I would appreciate any guidance on this matter. Thank you.

I recently sent important paperwork to my friend in Poland using recorded delivery. After tracking the package, I discovered it was being returned to England. It seems to have made its way back to the Royal Mail and is now being sent back to Poland. While I want the paperwork to reach its destination in Poland, I am worried about it being stuck in transit due to an incorrect address issue. My friend urgently needs the documents, and I expected to be notified when the package returned to England so I could retrieve it, correct the address, and resend it. My friend in Poland also attempted to resolve the address problem but hasn't succeeded. I am eager to find a solution to ensure my friend receives the papers promptly.

Hello, I am the recipient of a parcel that contained 5 laptop hard drives under the name ESTHER SAMSONS. The tracking number is 0506AD7DE57. The order total was GBP 42.50, with GBP 42.50 as the subtotal and free shipping. The parcel was supposed to be delivered to One World U.K Logistics at 2nd Floor Heathrow Cube, 9 Arkright Road, ColnBrook, Slough Berkshire SL30HJ, United Kingdom. However, my agent denies receiving it, and the seller is uncooperative. I kindly request that Royal Mail investigates and clarifies who signed for the parcel at the delivery address. I believe Royal Mail is in the best position to verify the delivery process and confirm the recipient at the said address. Hello, My name is Julian, and I need assistance with stopping a package from being delivered in the UK to a suspected scammer. If halting the delivery is not feasible, I would like to reroute it to a friend's address in the UK instead. The package contains a valuable laptop worth over [redacted] Euros, which I was selling on Germany's eBay. Unfortunately, after realizing the buyer was a scammer when the payment did not come through, the laptop was already in transit with DHL to the UK and currently located in the Royal Mail warehouse. On March 8th, I sent a parcel from South Ockendon Post Office containing a cross-stitch picture and two new baby cards at a cost of £13.15 for tracking and signed-for service. I filled out a customs form at the Post Office as required. Royal Mail's track and trace website indicated that the parcel was supposedly delivered in Sweden on March 24th, but my friends didn't receive any collection card despite there being someone at home. PostNord's tracking showed that the parcel was being returned due to insufficient customs information. I contacted them, but they couldn't provide an estimated delivery date. As of April 8th, the parcel has not been returned to me. Given the value of the contents - roughly £30.00, and the sentimental value of the gift, referring to the amount of work put into it, I am concerned about its whereabouts. I sent a package with tracking number LB[redacted]75GB on March 22nd from Mount Hawke Post Office in Cornwall, UK to my mom in Germany. The tracking shows it's been held in Niederaula customs since March 25th. Despite Customs not confirming its location, Royal Mail needs to investigate as per our contract. Unfortunately, all my attempts to contact them via email, phone, web chat, and online forms have been unsuccessful, as I only receive unhelpful automated responses. Even the German Postal Service advises me to deal with Royal Mail. I reached out to Trading Standards for help, but their reply only contained more unhelpful automated messages and forms. The web chat always disconnects me after 30 minutes, despite claiming I'm the first in the queue. In contrast, the German side responds promptly to calls and emails, citing COVID-19 restrictions as a reason for Royal Mail's lack of response, which is concerning considering the situation in Germany.

I recently received a gray card for an underpayment on a small parcel weighing less than 2kg that was delivered to me two days later. The sender had used a total of £3.21 in stamps - 3 x 1st class (2 red, 1 gold) and a blue 2nd class stamp, while the actual cost for 2nd class postage is £3.20. Now, I'm looking to get a refund for the underpayment charge and also seek compensation for the time I wasted resolving this matter. Thank you.

Dear Sirs, I have two parcels on their way from the USA to Russia through USPS, one sent in early March (37 days in transit) and the other in late March (22 days in transit). Both are currently at London Heathrow Airport. Despite multiple visits to USPS, I only received information that the parcels are still in London. USPS partners with Royal Mail in the UK. My attempts to contact Royal Mail through email and their website have been unsuccessful. Their Customer Service redirected me to their Contact Us page, which is currently not functioning. I am unable to make international calls to the provided phone number. I seek assistance in locating the parcels and understanding the delays. Hello Royal Mail Representative, I'm Steven Crofts. I'm seeking assistance in redirecting my mother's mail. I hold LPOA, established in [redacted], and can offer a copy if needed. From Tucson, Arizona, my mother now resides permanently in a UK care home. Due to COVID and travel constraints, I cannot be there in person. We would like to express our gratitude to Royal Mail for promptly returning a parcel to us in Dorset that was uncollected from a Post Office in East Croydon. The parcel, intended for our daughter-in-law who is battling terminal cancer, was missed due to her hospital visit on her birthday. Our son, caring for her, missed the collection notice amidst other mail. The package, a final gift from my wife and me, holds great sentimental value. I contacted customer service, but received an automated reply stating they can't respond to emails at this time. The tracking numbers for two parcels that show as delivered are: • Tracking no. LA[redacted]91CN - Delivered on 23-01-[redacted]. • Tracking no. LB[redacted]24CN - Delivered on 21-04-[redacted]. Both parcels were addressed to Lewis Kelvin at 6 Rachel Court, 36 Cemetery Road, Ipswich, ALL, IP4 2JB, United Kingdom. The first parcel didn't arrive, prompting the company to send a replacement. I discovered the second parcel was delivered to the wrong location, Norwich Road, based on the map on the website, which is over a mile away. I request an investigation into these deliveries and retrieval of the misplaced parcels. It has caused me significant embarrassment, as shown in the attached emails. Kind regards, K. Lewis MBCS

I scheduled two separate parcels to be collected at different addresses on May 10th. Although they were picked up together, I only received tracking details and confirmation for one parcel. It appears both parcels were consolidated during collection, but I prefer to have individual confirmations since each has its own reference number. I kindly request to receive confirmation for both parcels to ensure they were successfully collected as intended.

I ordered a pop-up igloo from China and according to Royal Mail, it has been delivered. After visiting the Royal Mail depot twice today, the first staff member informed me that it was delivered to my address on the 25th of April at 1:15 PM. I explained we didn't receive it and provided my contact details for further information. Returning to the depot later, a different staff member mentioned there was no house number on the address, just Thornbridge Road, Birley, Sheffield S123al. I questioned how it could be delivered with multiple addresses under the same postcode. He then mentioned it may have been returned to the warehouse to possibly be sent back to China.

Recently, I had an issue with a package I sent to a customer on Depop. I had someone post it for me at the post office while I was at work. Unfortunately, a mistake was made on the postcode, with a letter wrongly entered as a T instead of an X. Despite this, the street name, city, and customer name were correct. The post office assured me that since the street name and most of the postcode were accurate, the parcel should still reach its destination. However, when I checked the tracking information, it showed as delivered and signed for, but the customer claimed they hadn't received it. It seems the parcel may have ended up with someone else in error. This situation is frustrating for both the customer and me; I offered a refund, but it's impacting my finances due to someone else's error. Any assistance you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
