Hello, I am inquiring about a delay in delivering two parcels from the U.K. to another European country, Albania, since October 14th, using the international track and sign service of Royal Mail for the following items: 1. Tracking number: RN[redacted]69GB 2. Tracking number: RN[redacted]50GB According to the Royal Mail website, the only update available is that the items left the U.K. on October 19th. As of now, the parcels have not been received, and there have been no further updates from the post office in the receiving country. I am seeking assistance in obtaining updated tracking details to ascertain the current location of the items and if there are any extended delays. Best regards, Aurora

My parcel was picked up this morning from my address as mentioned. However, this afternoon, I received a message stating that the collection request could not be fulfilled for order number CC-W[redacted]18 for item KB[redacted]86GB. The person who collected the parcel mentioned an issue with his scanner and signed a receipt instead. I am concerned about the status of my parcel and would appreciate clarification on the situation. Dear Sir/Madam, I returned an ASOS parcel via Royal Mail on July 20th this year. Despite this, ASOS claims they have not received it and is requesting payment for the contents valued at £[redacted]. Unfortunately, I am unable to provide the tracking number as I misplaced it soon after sending the package. I have already visited the post office of dispatch for a reprint, but they could not assist me and advised contacting customer service. I seek assistance as I am certain I returned the items due to sizing issues. The ASOS app confirms the return by changing the status from "Return Created" to "Return Sent" upon scanning the QR code at the post office. I appreciate any help in resolving this matter. I have an item being sent to Thailand, and its timely delivery is crucial for me. Despite Royal Mail's 5-7 day delivery aim and the information about Thai Post resuming normal services, my International Tracked package that left the UK on October 27 seems to be stuck in limbo. Royal Mail claims it left the UK, while Thai Post states it hasn't arrived in the country yet. Uncertain about its status, I'm left to consider making alternative arrangements. I simply wish to know the whereabouts of my parcel to assess if it's feasible to still receive it on time. However, neither postal service seems willing to investigate the matter for me.

I sent an annual Christmas gift from Kissimmee, Florida, to my elderly in-laws in Scotland. Unfortunately, my mother-in-law just informed me that she needs to pay 23.19 GBP at Denny Post Office to retrieve the parcel sent with tracking number LH[redacted]62US. This unexpected fee is distressing as I have been sending gifts without any additional charges for two decades. On October 29th, I sent a mobile phone via 'First Class Signed For' post after selling it on eBay. The buyer claimed it didn't arrive and requested a £55 refund, which I provided after no progress was shown on the tracking number indicating the parcel was still "in transit." eBay's tracking system still shows the same status even after the refund was issued, while your system states the item was delivered on November 9th and signed for due to "Covid rules." Despite emailing the buyer twice with no response, I remain unsure if the item reached them and if they will reimburse me. I attempted to contact your automated help number twice, only to be informed the item was delivered in April, causing confusion. I am uncertain about the next steps to resolve this issue. Keith H.

I received text messages from Royal Mail and E bay Wordery both notifying me of scheduled deliveries on 14.11.20 between 10.47am and 2.47pm. While the E Bay parcel arrived on time, the Royal Mail delivery from Urban Outfitters did not. Upon inquiring with the E Bay delivery driver, I was informed they did not have such a parcel. I waited until 3:00pm before checking the tracking number PZ[redacted]48GB provided in the message from Royal Mail. The tracking information only displayed that Royal Mail had the parcel for delivery. It is disappointing to receive a delivery notification and then not have the parcel arrive as expected.

Hello, I recently sent a tracked item to Australia. However, the recipient was not available, and a postal worker left a delivery card. Unfortunately, after leaving the address, the postal worker was assaulted, and the van with all the goods was stolen. The recipient contacted Australia Post, who instructed me to initiate the claim process. The reference number provided by Australia post is [redacted]7. I have already informed Royal Mail, but received an unsatisfactory automated response. Despite trying to file a claim, it is beyond the allowed time frame due to the theft of the item. I need help tracking my small parcel with tracking number JS[redacted]42GB. The tracking information shows it is in Edinburgh MC, but my intended destination is X. Xu, Flat [redacted], Cobalt Point, 38 Millharbour, London E14 9JT. The post office woman mistakenly typed EH14 9JT on my receipt. I am concerned whether Edinburgh will redirect the parcel to London despite the incorrect postcode. The parcel contains an insured watch and is described as a small brown parcel with a large white label clearly showing the correct address in London. Last week, I sent a parcel to Germany without tracking it. The post office provided receipts, which unfortunately I lost. The parcel, containing a motorbike screen meant for Sweden, was mistakenly sent to Markus Ziegler in Elsenfeld, Germany. I paid £22.40 for the delivery. Now, unsure if Markus received it and if the person in Sweden got the correct item, I am in a predicament. I believe the shipment was handled by Parcel Force, but without a tracking number, I can't follow up. If anyone could assist in tracking the parcel or provide guidance, I would greatly appreciate it. Tracking number PN[redacted]64GB. I had an order from Currys Electrical scheduled for delivery yesterday. Despite being home all day within the specified delivery window of 10:11 a.m. to 2:15 p.m., the package did not arrive. According to the tracking information, it was in Yorkshire. The tracking page indicated a rescheduled delivery for 5:07 p.m. today, which also did not occur. I am worried it may be lost or damaged. I attempted to contact customer service via phone, but the automated system could not recognize my tracking number. I was eagerly awaiting a delivery from M&S via Royal Mail yesterday. The order included three packages, and I had specified a "safe place" for delivery in case I wasn't home. Surprisingly, when the delivery arrived, no one rang the doorbell. They left two packages in the designated spot and left a card. Strangely, the third package was missing by 7 pm. After contacting M&S, I was informed that Royal Mail had received instructions not to deliver to my address that day. Despite trying to reach Royal Mail by phone (without success), I discovered that the depot's operating hours had changed abruptly. Today, the parcel is scheduled for delivery between 9:41 am and 1:41 pm. I am puzzled about why mail wasn't delivered to my property yesterday while the other packages and regular mail arrived. I await your response.

I received a notice informing me that a delivery was missed. After requesting redelivery for November 14th and not receiving it, subsequent redelivery attempts on November 16th and 17th were also unsuccessful. Despite working as a long-distance truck driver and being unavailable during the week, I tried to arrange redelivery for weekends. The confirmation emails on my phone show the attempted redelivery dates along with reference numbers for two packages. I live in Stoke-on-Trent with the local sorting office at Bengry Road, Longton, which I cannot visit during the week due to work. The earliest I can manage redelivery is on the upcoming Saturday, November 28th, in line with previous attempts. I urge Royal Mail to ensure successful redelivery on the rescheduled date.

Hello, I would like to address an issue with Royal Mail regarding a package of flowers we sent to a UK address. The tracking information shows it was delivered, but the recipient, Maureen Baron, claims she never received it. The building is a block of flats without mailboxes, so the postal worker should have rung the bell for delivery. The recipient, Karin Concierge, signed for the parcel at 7:39 am on September 14th. Even though the tracking shows delivery, the customer claims they did not receive it and is requesting a refund. I shipped a package to Germany using tracked and signed service. The tracking information indicates that the parcel was delivered, then there were additional delivery attempts, and now it is at the German sorting office. The reference number is RN[redacted]55GB. I have been struggling to reach Royal Mail's customer service for help regarding this issue. Although I am not classified as a business customer due to the size of my company, I consistently spend a substantial amount each month on tracked and signed postage. I am frustrated with the lack of customer service available to assist me with this matter.

I purchased a watch from a company in China on November 27th, and they informed me that it was shipped on November 28th. The tracking information shows that the item arrived at Atherton RDC on December 1st with the tracking number GV[redacted]83GB. However, the next tracking entry states that the sender is preparing the item, and it was supposedly delivered on May 18, [redacted]. This timeline seems incredibly wrong. I noticed that something was received in May at Launceston DO in Devon, even though I reside in Surrey. I have reached out to the seller and am currently waiting for a response. I am concerned about the whereabouts of my parcel.
