Hello Team, I am Sunny Simon. I wanted to inform you about my Order [redacted]6 that has arrived in the UAE from the UK. When tracking my order, I received a message stating that "Royal Mail" attempted delivery on August 16, [redacted]. However, I was at home and did not see anyone attempting the delivery. I have been unsuccessful in arranging a redelivery due to issues with the postcode. I would appreciate your assistance in either ensuring the order is delivered to me or providing me with information on how to contact the appropriate party in Dubai for redelivery. Feel free to contact me on my mobile number: [redacted][redacted]. Thank you.

I am still waiting for the refund to be credited to my PayPal account after following the instructions to fill out the Royal Mail click and drop cancellation form for a £3.95 refund. This was sent to Po box [redacted] Barnsley S73 3AW as advised by customer service. It has been 3 weeks since I submitted the form and the credit has not shown up on my PayPal account yet. I requested the refund because I did not end up using the Click and Drop paid parcel label due to a canceled online purchase of a faulty item. I kindly request the refund to be processed promptly. Attached are my PayPal transaction details for your reference. Best, D.T.

I am inquiring about the frequency of mail delivery to 26 Rosehill Avenue SM1 3HG. We have not seen a postman all week. Today, we received a bundle of 15 cards and letters, including 8 birthday cards. Some of these cards should have arrived earlier, but they were late. One letter posted locally was dated 14th August. It is concerning that such a large bundle of mail arrived together at the end of the week instead of on time. I wonder if deliveries are only made once a week. This delay affected a birthday celebration, fortunately not a child's special day. I am not satisfied with this service.

I dropped off a card at the Huntingdon Sorting depot on Friday, 21st August [redacted], with the destination CM11 2TS. Sadly, it didn't reach its intended recipient. Despite numerous attempts to contact Royal Mail, including three visits to the depot, three phone calls with long wait times yielding no answers, and checking their website, I have had no luck. I hope this email will finally elicit a response regarding the whereabouts of my card and enclosed gift. The limited phone numbers available all lead to the same unresponsive place, and enduring long waits with repetitive music is discouraging. I acknowledge the challenges caused by the current situation, but the lack of information from Royal Mail is extremely frustrating. Please assist in locating my missing item. Thank you, Diane C.

I am contacting you from New Zealand regarding a parcel I sent to my daughter with the correct address but accidentally the wrong postcode. The address on the item is 15 Gaywood Road, Walthamstow, but the parcel had the Hackney postcode. Despite the delivery attempt, she has not received it. Inputting the address in Hackney shows Walthamstow on the map. It seems the courier did not read the address correctly. I believe the parcel is being held somewhere. Kindly deliver it to 15 Gaywood Road, Walthamstow, London E17 4QA. My apologies for any inconvenience caused by this genuine mistake. Thank you for your assistance. I am hoping to hear from her soon to confirm its arrival.

I encountered a situation at Royal Farms where a young man, identified only by the last name Grove, was not properly wearing his mask. Despite my polite request for him to cover both his nose and mouth, he refused. Additionally, a young lady preparing food also did not have her mask properly placed. This lack of adherence to mask guidelines is concerning, especially as I frequent this location regularly and work in a medical center. I have chosen not to return to Royal Farms until this issue is addressed by the company. The specific location in question is on South Queen Street in Pennsylvania. I can be reached at [redacted]. Thank you for your attention to this matter. - Patricia Reed

Hello, I sold an item on eBay on August 30th and shipped it using signed-for 1st class postage for quick and tracked delivery to the buyer. However, as of September 9th, the buyer informed me that they haven't received the item yet. The tracking number for this order is KB[redacted]49GB. I'd appreciate any assistance with resolving this as it's a new experience for me. Thank you.

I recently received a suspicious email on October 9th, [redacted], claiming to be from Royal Mail stating there was an issue with my delivery due to a missed payment. When I tried to click on the link to confirm my parcel, it led to a blank page. I attempted to contact Royal Mail through email twice but my messages bounced back. I also called their customer service line multiple times but couldn't find the right option for my situation. The reference number provided in the email was [redacted]82-[redacted]. I'm anticipating a package from South Africa, and the sender mentioned shipping it through Royal Mail.

On August 7th, I dispatched a parcel to Canada from Mayford Post Office in Woking. By the 8th of August, the parcel had departed the UK from Langley HWDC. Unfortunately, Canada Post has not updated any information in their database since then. The reference number for the parcel is RZ[redacted]40GB. Despite the lack of tracking information, Paypal has already refunded the sale to the buyer in Canada. I have a week to potentially appeal this decision. How can I prompt Canada Post to track this missing item? Could it be stuck in a warehouse in Toronto? Delivery times to Canada can be notoriously slow, especially now. I'm hopeful you can assist in locating and ensuring the delivery of this parcel. If Canada Post could update the tracking details and provide proof of delivery, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. Warm regards, David A.

I would like an update on this claim that I submitted. The reference number is [redacted]45. I've provided all the necessary details and documentation. Marrero at Emilio Gutierrez Salazar N22 Puerta 15, San Cristobal De La Laguna, 38 [redacted] Spain. My online marketplace number is [redacted]28. Hello, Today I spoke with a representative who advised me to seek assistance here instead of visiting another store. On 10/09/20, I dispatched a package to New Zealand, which was returned yesterday due to insufficient postage. The Crawley Mall post office staff initially removed the stickers and then referred me to another staff member who informed me that the postage amount previously paid would not be recognized, necessitating a full payment again. I retrieved the removed stickers and intend to reach out to Royal Mail directly, armed with my receipts and bank statement as proof of payment. A kind phone advisor suggested visiting a Royal Mail depot instead of the post office due to distinct services. Requesting a refund is crucial as I cannot afford additional expenses on postage given my limited income. I believe I possess sufficient evidence to rectify this genuine mistake if further details are required. Best regards, Chelsea B

I shipped an eBay item to Australia on August 12, [redacted]. The buyer informed me on September 25, [redacted], that they had not received it yet due to postal delays. I initiated a claim with Royal Mail on September 27, referencing number [redacted]15. The parcel was finally delivered on October 1. I have been trying to cancel the claim on your website but have not been successful. There seems to be no option to do so, and I have also tried calling without any luck. Cancelling a claim should be a simple process. I appreciate your prompt response.

I have tracked my delivered packages and discovered they are not at my home address in the E15 area. Even after visiting the post office with the tracking numbers starting with VO, I was informed they could not be located. The postman mentioned that these tracking numbers are not from Royal Mail. Despite the sender confirming delivery, I need a refund and evidence that the packages are not at the post office in my area. Additionally, the tracking numbers provided do not show up in your system. I kindly request a confirmation email or message to support my refund claim. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Best regards, Surendra Shah.

Hello! After ordering from Rarewaves-Import, I realized they are sending me the wrong format. They explained that the item was sent via Royal Mail and suggested I refuse the delivery. Living in California, packages are often left at my door, so I am unable to refuse it on the spot. Is there any way to update the delivery status to "refused and return to sender" while it's in transit? Once done, please email me a confirmation. Thank you for your assistance in advance! Best regards, CN

Dear Sir, I am following up on my refund request for a missing, delayed, or lost parcel that I sent back to Harrods via the post office. Despite many attempts, Harrods has not received the parcel. I have diligently investigated and discovered that it was sent to an incorrect address, and the recipients claim they did not receive it. Attached are relevant documents for your investigation: 1. Harrods receipt of products and payment 2. Post office receipt and delivery proof 3. Correspondence with the estate agent where the products were supposed to be delivered The estate agent was closed from 23/03/[redacted] to 19/05/[redacted]. I am seeking either the return of my parcel or a £[redacted].50 refund. Please let me know if you require additional information. Regards, Ngozi Ifionu

On August 12, [redacted], I purchased a jacket from an online retailer named Pink Peache.co.uk, under the impression that the company was based in Nottingham, UK. To my surprise, I later discovered that the company is actually located in China. I received an email, allegedly from Royal Mail, with a tracking number indicating that my package was delivered on September 9 at 1:30 PM. However, I did not receive any mail that day, and the following day, the postwoman confirmed she had not delivered anything to my address. Despite contacting the local delivery office and the head office, I received no satisfactory responses due to attributed COVID-related delays. My dispute with PayPal was denied after the Chinese firm claimed my goods were delivered based on the tracking number provided (LZ[redacted]51CN), which online tracking also indicates as delivered. However, given that my husband and I are always home, and the postwoman verifies the parcel was not delivered, I am left confused and frustrated by the situation.

I placed an order on October 5th, expecting it to arrive within 3 days due to expedited shipping via Royal Mail through Amazon. Following a delay, I received a refund for the expedited shipping fee. To compensate for the delay, a replacement package was promised. However, the tracking number provided, RV[redacted]34GB, is not functional. I have been unable to trace the package for almost 4 weeks, as even the Amazon tracking code is not working. Despite several attempts, calling Royal Mail’s support remains futile as my phone claims the number is invalid. Thank you for your assistance.

I purchased an item that was shipped from Wales on October 10th with a signed-for delivery. The tracking information indicates that it reached the destination, but there hasn't been any further update since then. I have learned about an outbreak at the Cardiff sorting depot around the time my item was sent. I am unsure if there is a possibility that my item will eventually be delivered. The Royal Mail website has not been helpful, and I have noticed that undelivered items seem to end up in Belfast. I provided my tracking number: WM[redacted]33GB. I am feeling skeptical about the situation, so any assistance would be appreciated.

Hello, I am Janetta Ivanova. Unfortunately, my item could not be delivered due to a customs charge. I have received a grey card with the following details: Name: J Ivanova, Today’s Date: 15/07, Address: 41 Bromley Crescent, Ruislip, Postcode: HA4 6PQ. The customs charge box was ticked, and the payment due was £14.98, but there was no reference number provided, just the word "silver." I attempted to pay online, but with no specific reference number, "silver" caused confusion. I am seeking assistance to pay the outstanding amount and have my item delivered promptly to 68B Cricklewood Lane, London, NW2 1HJ. The product is valuable to me, as it is from Glamnetic. Any support in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Have a wonderful day. Janetta
