A number of items I have sent have not been delivered. I cannot place a claim on these items in the resolution centre as I don't have proof of postage as these items were posted using online labels. It makes no sense the labels saving you time in popping into a post office if the parcel is not even protected! I have attempted to get in touch through twitter but replies are very slow.**I understand the current climate but I would hope this situation can be remedied as soon as possible. Thank you.
