I sent an ebay sale item to Australia on **th August ****, the buyer sent me an email on **th September **** stating that the parcel had not yet been received. We were both aware of the delays to International Post by the COVID-** Pandemic.*I therefore opened a claim with Royal Mail on **th September regarding this missing parcel. Reference number ******-****** Refers.*The item was finally delivered to the buyer on Thursday *st October. Since then I have tried without success on your non user friendly web site to cancel this claim. There seems to be no where on your web site to do this, I have also tried to telephone you equally with no success on this matter.**I simply wish to cancel my claim surely this should be a simple enough task.**I look forward to your early reply.
