Hello, *I just talked to someone on the phone and he directed me here to be able to get help without having to go into another store. *So on the ******** I sent a parcel to New Zealand and it came back yesterday with a sticker that said " there isn't enough postage on this airmail item etc", so I went back to the post office (Crawley Mall) to amend the amount.**I was first greeted by a roaming staff member who proceeded to remove the stickers attached and then realised he didn't understand my issue so handed me over to another staff member. Then he noticed stickers had been removed from the parcel and told me the amount that I had already paid will not be considered and that I need to pay in full again. **I managed to salvage the stickers that were pulled off as good them I will contact royal mail directly. I have all the recipets from the original purchase on the **th and have it on my bank statement . **The lovely man I spoke to on the phone told me if would be easier to go to a royal mail depot rather than to the post office because they're separate services. Is there any way I can get a refund so I am send this parcel? Ya gal is only on minimum wage and can't be spending £** here and there on postage. **If you need any more information please don't hesitate to contact I feel like I have enough recipets to show this is a genuine mistake that has happened. **Regards, *Chelsea B
