I was just informed that my parcel with tracking reference VC[redacted]58GB was marked as delivered today at 11:05 am, but it was not received at my address. I witnessed a delivery being made to number 43 across from my house, and I suspect that my parcel was mistakenly delivered there. Clearly, there seems to have been a mix-up as I reside at number 29, which is quite different from 43, and the numbers are visibly displayed on the doors. As I am elderly and in poor health, I cannot risk getting wet while trying to collect the parcel from my neighbor. I kindly request your assistance to rectify this error promptly by recovering my parcel from number 43 and ensuring it is delivered to me without further delay.

I am trying to locate a voucher that was included in a Christmas card along with two other vouchers designated for "Stan" and "Sam." Unfortunately, the vouchers slipped out of the Christmas card. Our post lady mentioned that she saw them at the sorting office (in Rawtenstall, Rossendale, Lancs) and returned them to us on 14.12.19. However, the voucher labeled for "Judith" is now missing. A colleague at the sorting office mentioned they saw it but it may have been sent back to the Preston office and then to Belfast. I understand it may be challenging, but is there a contact person I can reach out to regarding this as our post lady assured us that the voucher should still be in the postal system. On December 12th, I utilized the guaranteed next-day delivery service for a crucial letter. However, the letter did not reach its destination the following day. Upon checking the tracking details, it was evident that the item remained in the Delivery Office since 07:25 on December 13th. After contacting customer service on the same day after 2 pm, they assured me they would investigate the delay. Despite their reassurances of delivery until 7 pm, the following day, December 14th, the tracking information still showed the item at the Delivery Office. Upon contacting customer service again, they apologized and assured me the letter would be dispatched by 1 pm on the same day. Regrettably, by 2 pm, the letter had not been sent. I must receive it by 9 am on Monday, December 16th, as it contains time-sensitive legal documents that were initially due on December 13th.

My package, a new projector essential to me as a partially sighted individual, seems to have gone missing on its final two-mile journey from Tranent to Macmerry. Despite tracking updates showing it arrived at Tranent DO, it has not been delivered. The item was dispatched from China and has been in the UK since the 27th of November. The tracking number is LA[redacted]50CN. I often help my neighbors by collecting their mail, so I am familiar with receiving packages. My name is D. I sent a letter via Royal Mail Special Delivery on November 21, [redacted]. The tracking number is VE[redacted]16GB. According to your tracking facility, the item was attempted delivery on November 22, [redacted], but has not been collected. I was informed that if the item was not collected or redelivered, it would be returned to me (the sender) after 18 days. It has been 23 days since the attempted delivery, and it seems it has not been collected nor returned to sender. I have been waiting for weeks for a delivery. I double-checked my tracking and discovered that my item has been at my local office since November 28th. I called about it, but they couldn't find it. Then the manager called me on Sunday, and unfortunately, they were quite rude to me. The package came all the way from China, and now it seems to have gone missing just 2 miles away from my house. I'm partially sighted, and I ordered the latest projector to help me see better, but now I am left with nothing. Can anyone please help me with this issue? Thank you. -David

I sent a package to Bulgaria EU on April 12, [redacted], with tracking number RN[redacted]36GB. However, it seems to have been mistakenly sent to the USA instead. I have been trying to contact someone over the phone, but no one answers after holding for over 10 minutes, which is very frustrating. There have been no updates on the USPS tracking since December 9. Could you please provide me with information about the current location of the parcel? Hello, I have sent a letter with a tracking number. It has been a week, yet the letter is still at South Midlands Mail Centre. The issue lies in the discrepancy between the address on the receipt and the actual address, which could lead to confusion. Actual address: 3-oji g.2B Rekyvos Address on receipt: 3-oji 62B Rekyvos Can this be corrected to reflect the accurate address?

Good morning, I recently went to the Camberley post office inside WHS to send a parcel to Thailand. Unfortunately, only one checkout was open, and the lady was busy. I asked for the parcel to be sent with a signed for and tracked service, but when I checked the photo taken of the parcel, it said "Signature not required," which is not what I requested. Please make sure to update the service to tracked and signed for as requested. The tracking number is LB[redacted]74GB. Thank you.

Hello, I was notified of an attempted delivery of my item on Saturday, however, as it was sent to an office where no one was present, I did not receive any notice to collect it. I shipped an item on 12/12/19 via 1st class signed for. Unfortunately, there have been no tracking updates since it was received at the post office of origin. On the 15th, I returned to the same post office where I encountered rude behavior and was simply told to wait without any explanation for the lack of tracking updates on my parcel. I have proof of postage, with my address and the return sender details included. Now, the buyer is requesting a refund, leaving me at a loss financially.

I made an order on Amazon and opted for it to be picked up at my nearby post office. Even though I got an email from Amazon saying the package was delivered, when I checked Royal Mail's tracking, it showed that it's available for collection. The issue is the post office staff won't accept the information from the Amazon email and are asking for an email from Royal Mail directly with the reference number. I've attempted to contact customer service for the past three days, but each time I'm put on hold for nearly an hour. What should I do next to retrieve my parcel from the post office?

Hello, I am writing from Ide Hill Community Shop regarding an error I made on December 11th. I accidentally placed 60 second-class stamps in the post office sack that was picked up at 4:15 pm. I visited the Sevenoaks sorting office, where I was informed that sacks are sorted at Medway. Despite two attempts to contact Medway by phone, waiting 30 and then 60 minutes respectively with no answer, I have been unable to resolve the issue. I was expecting an important parcel today and woke up at 7 am to receive it, only to find a missed delivery note without the delivery person even attempting to knock. This situation has upset me greatly as I had rearranged my schedule for this delivery. I arranged for a parcel to be sent back to Amazon using a first-class signed service with reference number WM[redacted]57GB. Unfortunately, the driver mistakenly delivered the package to my own address instead of the return address. The post office refused to accept the parcel back, stating it was the Royal Mail driver's error, and insisted I pay for the correct delivery to Amazon returns. To rectify the situation, I rescheduled the delivery using a new first-class signed service for £4.55 and returned the parcel to the post office. I am seeking a full refund of the initial £4.55 payment for the first delivery error.

I missed a delivery and rescheduled it on the website for today. Despite waiting all day, the package never arrived. The lack of updates on the website and the inability to reach a real person on the phone is frustrating. The automated system just directs me back to the website, which hasn't been helpful. This is especially stressful as the item is a Christmas present intended for tomorrow. I have three children, including a newborn, so going to the shops to buy another gift is not an option.

Hello, my order status has not updated for over 12 days. I purchased shoes, and the delivery is being handled by RoyalMail. The status has not changed for a significant amount of time. I am located in Israel, and the delivery should have arrived by now since the estimated delivery time is 14 to 16 days. Today, Pro Direct sent me an email mentioning the delivery service, but it seems like there might have been a misunderstanding as the package has not arrived yet. Could you please investigate this matter? I understand it may just be a courtesy email, but I am uncertain. Can you look into the delivery timeframe and possibly provide me with an estimated delivery date? If feasible, could you expedite the delivery process?
