I sent my item for delivery on December 3rd with a 48-hour tracked service. The package reached the Oban office on December 6th but has since gone missing. Unfortunately, there has been no success in contacting the Oban office as the phone number just leads to a frustrating loop, seemingly designed to annoy customers. I am requesting Royal Mail to investigate the efficiency of the Oban office as it appears to lack competent management. If necessary, I am prepared to escalate this matter to the press or the CEO as this issue needs to be addressed urgently. On a previous occasion, I paid £7.60 for a next-day delivery service, but the package remained at the Oban office for 10 hours, causing a delay in delivery.

Hello, my name is Julie. Today, I was in Stirtchley, Birmingham, and left my dog with my mom at 8 Clonmel Road, B30 8LS. A Royal Mail worker knocked on the door, and when it was opened, my rescue dog with anxiety ran out into the street. I was shopping and was called to come back and find the dog. Your driver, Charlie, chased after the husky and eventually brought her back. I would like to thank Charlie for his efforts in caring enough to make the effort and catching the husky. He is a brilliant and amazing person who deserves a big thank you. Thank you very much.

Hello, my name is Linda Owens. I need assistance regarding a package sent by my friend Lawrence Howell. Initially, I was asked for money to send the package, which I paid. Now they claim the package is in Kentucky, US, and are asking for $[redacted] for delivery. Once this was paid, they requested an additional $[redacted] for VAT taxes, even though it was initially stated as $[redacted]. I have received emails from [redacted] and [redacted] My email address is [redacted] I am confused about these requests and would appreciate any clarification on the matter. Thank you for your help. I am experiencing an issue with a delivery that was attempted at my previous address and I urgently need it redirected to my new address. Previous address: 36, S70 3QQ New address: 39A, S72 7DL I could retrieve the package from the sorting office, but I strongly prefer to have it redirected to the correct address. Tracking number: QS[redacted]25GB I no longer live at 36, S70 3QQ and unfortunately forgot to update my address details with Amazon. Your prompt assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.

I recently sent a parcel containing perfume and aftershave to my daughter in Sweden using 1st class signed for delivery. The post office staff checked and confirmed that each item was under 100ml, but when I tracked the parcel, it showed that these items are prohibited. It appears they may be at the National Returns Centre now. I tried contacting Royal Mail customer services on Saturday, holding for 20 mins without success. I am currently on hold for 12 mins following advice not to select any options. I've searched online but couldn't find a contact number for the National Returns Centre. I fear I may not be able to have my parcel returned. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I returned an item to Littlewoods at the Wilmslow post office on December 5th. However, when I check the tracking for my parcel, it still shows that it's at the post office and has not been sent back to Littlewoods. I'm concerned about the delay as it has been 5 days with no progress. Can you please provide an update on why the parcel has not been returned yet? I want to make sure I am not charged for an item that is now in your possession. The tracking code is NX[redacted]95GB. I appreciate a prompt response to my query.

Hello, I made a purchase on Amazon on November 22, [redacted]. The anticipated delivery date was December 6, but it has been postponed to December 10. I have confirmed that the gift has not been delivered yet. After contacting Amazon Customer Service, I was informed that the item is now scheduled for delivery on December 24, [redacted]. I am disappointed as I had hoped the recipient would have received it today.

URGENT! I recently received a notice for undelivered parcels and letters while I was away. When I went to collect on December 9th, only the parcels were available, not the letters. An officer mentioned checking with the relevant post person and promised to call me back today, but hasn't yet by 3.30pm. I now know at least one letter missing is a redirected BALLOT PAPER from December 5th. This could be one of the 3 undelivered letters. I am struggling to get information over the phone due to long waiting times. Please investigate and update me today. Thank you.

To whom it may concern, I am a loyal customer of Royal Mail and recently I have experienced issues with my postal carrier. Yesterday was the final straw when my parcels, including a Christmas gift and an electronic device, were left in an unsheltered area of my backyard without any notice. Unfortunately, my dog got to them before I was aware, damaging the items. This is not the first time I have had problems with this particular postal carrier. He often honks his horn for us to come to the van instead of delivering to our mailbox, and he has a habit of leaving mail in our vehicles if they are unlocked. I made a purchase from prosportshopuk, and they assured me that the Royal Mail is in possession of my package. The reference number they provided is WM[redacted]95GB. However, when I attempt to track it on the website, a message stating, "The system is currently unable to confirm the status of your item with reference WM[redacted]95GB. Please try again later," has been displayed since November 19th. I am curious about the whereabouts of my package and why I am experiencing difficulty tracking it.

I was notified that my parcel was shipped on December 5th. Despite checking the tracking information since December 6th, no updates have shown. I am having trouble tracking my parcel on the Royal Mail website as the sender did not opt for recorded delivery, which means I don't have a tracking number. The reference number provided with normal postage is not recognized on their site. Despite entering it in the tracking section, it shows the item as delivered, which has not happened. If anyone has any advice besides trying to speak to the postman, I would appreciate it. I am currently at a loss as I am now £35 down. The reference number in question is 02138D[redacted]0BC.

I received a slip from the postman stating my order was left with a neighbor, but the house number was not provided. Despite asking multiple neighbors and posting on the Facebook estate account, I have been unsuccessful in locating my parcel. I have contacted Royal Mail numerous times to resolve this issue without any success. I am now filing a complaint regarding this matter. Please contact me promptly in regards to this issue. Last week, I had two parcels delivered, but I missed them and they were sent to Chingford Post Office. I received an email from New Look about one parcel and redirected it to South Woodford. Later, I found the missing letter and discovered it was actually two parcels. I arranged for the second parcel, which requires a signature, to be sent to South Woodford as well. However, I haven't received any updates on its delivery and I am concerned that it may be lost.

I received an All Saints branded bag to my address, ordered through Amazon. I decided to return it due to its size and left it at a Royal Mail Delivery Point on Chiswick High Road. However, the refund process hasn't been completed yet. Despite contacting All Saints, Royal Mail Delivery Points, and the Royal Mail office, I have not received assistance. The staff at the delivery office did not provide me with any documentation for the returned bag, leaving me unable to track it. This lack of information has made it difficult for me to follow up with Royal Mail and All Saints regarding the return. I am seeking guidance on how to proceed as I am currently unable to find help with this issue.

On November 26, [redacted], I sent a large envelope with travel insurance claim details from Inches Post Office in Inverness using the tracked and signed for service. The reference number is WM[redacted]43GB. After two weeks of it not being delivered, I called the Insurance Claims department and found out that the address I used was outdated by two years. I am concerned about my personal details and all I would like to know is if it's possible to have the envelope and its contents returned to me.

I believe an item was marked as delivered to me on November 26, [redacted], with tracking number L[redacted]CN. I was at home the entire day and did not receive anything. I kindly request information on the delivery address to check with neighbors in case it was misdelivered. The item, a bicycle, is not easily misplaced, so I am concerned it may have gone to the wrong address. I need assistance with a parcel originally destined for Thailand but currently in Sweden at Temp Bottnaryd. I've tried calling for hours and now resorted to this website for help. The urgent parcel for Phuket was sent on December 2nd with the reference number RN[redacted]05GB. My son urgently needs it, and I am puzzled how it got to Sweden. I dispatched a package to Alan Russell at Park Inn Radisson Bath Road Heathrow on Monday for urgent delivery, due by 1pm Tuesday. The tracking number is VE[redacted]42GB and the package was signed for by someone called Alfie, providing initials AW and a possible company name, ABF. However, the hotel has confirmed that Alfie is not their staff member, and there is no record of receiving the package. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to reach Royal Mail for clarification. As the recipient is departing the country soon and the item was a time-sensitive Christmas gift, it is crucial to locate and deliver the package promptly. The Royal Mail online tracking system mistakenly states the package was delivered to the correct postcode, which the hotel denies. Urgent assistance is greatly appreciated to ensure the package reaches the correct recipient at Park Inn Radisson before their departure on Friday.
