I received confirmation that my parcel was on its way on Thursday *th December. I have tracked my order multiple times since Friday *th December and it appears that there hasn’t been an update since then. Can someone please let me know where my parcel is and if I can expect to receive it for tomorrow which is when I need it for. It shouldn’t take over a week for my parcel to be delivered once I have received confirmation that it is ‘on its way’. My tracking number is NU*********GB, I would appreciate a prompt response because I will have to buy something else if I’m not going to receive the item.
