I placed an order on Very.com with delivery scheduled for next Monday. I rearranged my plans to ensure I could receive the package. However, I just found out that it will be delivered tomorrow when no one will be home, and my neighbors aren't available either. I urgently need to update the delivery address. It's proving difficult to easily resolve this issue with customer service to ensure a quick solution.

I purchased a t-shirt from Urban Outfitters on Monday, with the expected delivery date of December 3rd. The tracking information indicated the item was in transit. However, upon checking the Royal Mail tracking, I was informed that they were unable to deliver the package due to issues identifying the delivery address, and it is being returned to the sender. I have never had delivery issues with Royal Mail before, and my address was correctly entered on the website. I am unsure of the current location of my parcel and would like to know when it will be redelivered to me.

Good morning, I received a notification today stating "Delivery Attempted - No Answer at 08:52" with a note left. This business park has 24-hour security, and we are operational from 6:00 am to 17:00. It's unlikely that the delivery was missed without notice. No one here has received the package or any notification. The company in question is Murray & Dickson (M&D). 1. Can you please reorganize the delivery since the note was not received? 2. Hello, I sent a parcel on 25/11/[redacted] via 1st class signed for. The recipient claims they have not received it. Can you provide information about the date, recipient address, and confirmation of the delivery? Could you also update these details online so the recipient can track it? When I track with the code WM[redacted]46GB, it shows it's still at Huyton post office. The parcel is labeled "Harmondsworth [redacted]" with the postcode UB79JW. Thank you.

I have been eagerly awaiting my parcel for 4 days now. It was originally scheduled to arrive 2 days ago. Despite having a tracking number, I am unable to track the parcel. I purchased the item from Agora, and they advised that if there are any delays, I should reach out to the delivery service. My primary concern is the whereabouts of my parcel and an estimated delivery date. If it does not arrive within the next 2 days, I would like to request a refund.

I recently received an email stating that my parcel is currently in Leeds, which is about [redacted] miles away from the provided address. The reason given for this mistake was described as a "simple error." Today, another email informed me that my address was deemed "inaccessible." I find this confusing as my address is easily accessible from the street. Although I reside in a dormitory, the courier does not need access to a mailroom to deliver my parcel directly to me. I am extremely frustrated with this situation and I would appreciate a detailed explanation from the delivery service provider. I missed the delivery of my item, which was sent to the post office. Even though another parcel was successfully delivered to my neighbor on the same day, the Royal Mail did not attempt the same for this item. I scheduled a redelivery for Tuesday, December 3rd, and was informed it would arrive on Thursday, December 5th, but it has not yet been received. I tried calling Royal Mail, waited for 30 minutes, but couldn't get through, which was frustrating. I paid for delivery and expect it to reach my address. I'm disappointed with the service and hope for a resolution. The reference number for the redelivery is 4-[redacted][redacted].

I sent two 1st class signed for small parcels from Waltham Grimsby post office at 10:43 on Monday, December 2nd. Unfortunately, I lost the receipt for one parcel that hasn't arrived yet. The other parcel was received last Wednesday. Can anyone assist me? I do have the postal address for Mr. Andrew Wagstaff at 17 Castle Close, Dunstable LU6 1QJ, but I suspect it should be LU6 1QJ instead of LN6 1QJ. I can provide proof of posting from the post office system.

I mailed item 0[redacted] 02B0 90C4 on November 13th. According to the tracking information, the recipient refused the package, but it has not been returned to me yet. The address I sent it to is a designated collection point, so there should have been no reason for rejection. I am curious to find out why the parcel has not been sent back to me.

Twice this week, I found notes in my mailbox saying that Royal Mail parcels were left for pick-up at our village pub. Our front drive has a gate with a working intercom, and either my wife or I have been home all week, so deliveries could have easily been made. I'm worried because the village pub is getting overwhelmed with parcels for other people, and it seems like a growing issue.

I sent a 1st class signed for small parcel at Waltham Grimsby post office at 9:00 AM on Mon 2nd Dec. Unfortunately, I misplaced the receipt for the parcel that has not arrived yet. The other parcel was received last Wednesday. The intended recipient is Mr. Andrew Wagstaff at ** Castle Close, Dunstable, LU* *QJ (not LN* *QJ). The post office lady can confirm the posting. Customer services informed me that due to a postcode error, the parcel might end up in Belfast undelivered. Without the tracking number, I can't claim it. It's frustrating that a small mistake can lead to such a problem. I called customer services and was on hold for 58 minutes before learning about the issue. Another helpful representative provided different and more positive information to the recipient. I am disappointed and upset about this situation.

Hello, I have been eagerly awaiting a parcel that unfortunately did not arrive. After contacting the supplier, I was informed that the delivery was unsuccessful due to restricted access to my property. Upon further investigation, I discovered that Bellway House Builders have obstructed my only pathway to the front door. I did receive an email stating that Royal Mail would attempt redelivery, but the entrance remains blocked off. I reside in a mid-link house and am unsure how to retrieve my parcels without the collection card that cannot be sent out for pick up at the Royal Mail depot. Thank you for any advice on how I can resolve this situation.

Hello, I mailed 3 birthday cards in a large padded envelope to my son in Ireland, but mistakenly sent it to his old address. The post office in Galway returned it to England a couple of days ago. The padded envelope was addressed to Mr. J Simons at 26 Bothar Stiofain in Galway, H91 N2HR, Ireland. Unfortunately, I did not include a return address on the envelope. I placed an order with a perfume company on November 30th for items totaling £66. After receiving the dispatch email, I noticed that they had mistakenly used the wrong postcode on my address. My correct address is in Bolton (BL5 3JR), but they used Hyde (SK14 4LE) instead. I believe there may have been a mix-up with the postcode due to PayPal using the postcode of the address where I receive my business parcels. Given that SK14 4LE is an industrial estate with numerous businesses and not a residential address, I am concerned about the delivery. Will Royal Mail attempt delivery to the SK14 address, which doesn't match my residential address in Hyde? I am worried the post delivery person might return the parcel to the sorting office due to the incorrect address. I have already reached out to the seller, but should I also contact the local delivery office in Hyde for assistance? I appreciate any advice on how to resolve this issue. Thank you. - A.

On December 3rd, I received a letter dated October 21st from HMRC regarding a tax refund of £60. I called but was informed I missed the deadline and a cheque will be sent, likely arriving after Christmas due to misdirection by Royal Mail to Mauritius instead of Israel. I believe compensation is warranted for the interest loss and delay. Curiously, on the same day, I also received misdirected letters from Barclays to Salzburg and Halifax BS to Salzburg, causing no financial harm. It appears there may be ongoing postal issues. - JD Soester

I am disappointed to report that two parcels sent to Australia on November 1, [redacted], and November 17, [redacted], to the same address have not been received. Additionally, another parcel sent to a different address in Sydney on November 25, [redacted], has not arrived. The parcels I sent to Umina in the Central Coast on the same days using the same method have all been successfully delivered. Unfortunately, I only have a certificate of postage as the tracked option was too expensive. I have encountered difficulties with your website and have been unable to speak to a representative or successfully submit a claim. This experience has left me feeling very upset and frustrated with the poor service provided.

I purchased a custom gift from the US back in November. According to the tracking information, it reached the UK on the 16th. However, it seems to have been stuck in customs ever since. I am concerned that it might be returned without me ever receiving a customs card. The tracking status indicates that it's being held for customs charge assignment but has not been charged yet. This package is intended as a Christmas gift for my fiance, so I am quite anxious for it to arrive promptly.

I am eagerly awaiting the delivery of a parcel that requires a signature. The expected delivery date was today, Monday, December 9th. I received an email on Saturday informing me of its dispatch and providing the reference NL[redacted]50GB. However, when attempting to track the parcel, I am being told there is no update available for the past 36 hours. I have also tried to track it via phone, but the service cannot recognize the reference number. I am concerned as this is an important gift for which I paid extra for a specified delivery date due to my full-time work schedule. I would appreciate any information on the status of my delivery. About 3 weeks ago, I visited the post office to apply for my provisional license. I paid for the license fee and postal order, following the instructions to include the receipts in the envelope before posting it in the mailbox. Despite contacting DVLA, they claim not to have received my application and suspect it may be lost. I realized I forgot to pay for postage when sending it. I am concerned if Royal Mail would have still sent it without a stamp or if it would have been returned to the post office.
