On October 9th, I dropped off a parcel for return at the Sunbury depot. The company hasn't received it and requested a tracking number, which I wasn't given. When I revisited the depot, another staff member advised that I should have been provided with a receipt upon drop-off, which I did not receive. Without tracking or a receipt, I am unsure if the parcel was sent. The depot staff recommended contacting you to address this missing parcel and file a claim. I hope for your assistance, thank you.

Hello, I posted an important letter via 1st Class recorded delivery at The Valley Post Office TN16 3XZ on Monday, October 28, [redacted]. The tracking number is WM[redacted]04GB. The tracking information displays "We’ve Got It" for the past four days. I'm hoping you can confirm if the letter was delivered and a signature was obtained. I sent a letter with my original photo ID to Metropolitan Police via next day before 1pm guaranteed delivery. However, when I track my order, it shows no progress, and I am extremely concerned because there are important documents inside that the recipient needs by the end of the week. I have been on hold with Customer Service for over an hour without speaking to anyone. When I visited the post office, they advised me to contact Customer Service as they couldn't assist in tracking my letter. Unfortunately, I cannot confirm with the recipient if they have received the letter since I do not have their contact information. I am anxious to know the status of my letter and if it reaches the recipient soon, as I paid extra for guaranteed next day delivery, which should have been on 10/30/19.

I sent a birthday card with a voucher on 22/10/19 from Bluewater Shopping Centre in Greenhithe, Kent, using a first-class stamp bound for Longfield, Kent. Unfortunately, the card did not reach its destination, which is frustrating. My sister-in-law also faced the same issue after posting a card from Sevenoaks, Kent, on the same day. Additionally, my daughter sent a card on 23/10, which arrived on 26/10 but had been opened, causing further concern. I am seeking answers regarding the missing cards and a reimbursement of £30 for the voucher.

I keep receiving notifications from the Chertsey Surrey Post Office about my parcel delivery, but I always get a "sorry we missed you" card, even when I am home waiting. This has happened three times already, and I have had to take time off work to go to the sorting office to collect my parcel. I always leave a note for the postman to ring flat 3 when I am home, but they still leave the card. I have spoken to the sorting office in Chertsey and they mentioned that they are following instructions. I recently sent a small parcel with clothes and two pairs of shoes to my 80-year-old mother in Four Mile Bridge, Anglesey. It seems customs opened the package, and now she has to pay an additional £20 on top of the postage fee from Jersey. I've attempted to contact the post office at Church St, Llangefni, but have been unable to reach anyone. My mother is struggling to read the reference code on the document. I, as the sender, am willing to pay over the phone to facilitate re-delivery as she is elderly and unable to drive. I am puzzled as to why there is a £20 charge if the contents were clearly stated as used items. The parcel was addressed to Mrs. D. U. Short at 3 Glan y Mor, Four Mile Bridge, Anglesey. A prompt response would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am writing to inquire about the whereabouts of my parcel sent by IOSH U.K. to Royal Mail. The parcel was sent to the address below but has not yet reached me. I am facing a difficult situation. I sent a priority mail package from the U.S.A. to the U.K. with tracking number CH[redacted]19US. The package contains a portable wifi device for my girlfriend who is traveling to South America for 3 weeks. We are all worried because the package is currently stuck at customs. This device is essential for her to stay connected to the internet and keep in touch with us during her trip. I have a card for you that was meant to be delivered to Frotham post office on 31.10. I attempted to collect it on 02.11 as advised but it wasn't there. Following instructions, I checked the status online and requested redelivery for 06.11. Visited the post office on Monday and Wednesday, then the sorting office as instructed. Turns out it was sent for collection on 02.11. Despite all efforts, I couldn't locate the sender since their identity is unknown. Hello, I am Rimi Rowshon Maya. I am still waiting for documents sent by Barclay Bank from the UK to Bangladesh. Despite being told I would receive them within 10 working days, it has been longer than that. I contacted Barclay Bank, and they confirmed sending the documents 12 working days ago but are unsure why I haven't received them. They mentioned sending it through the normal process, so there is no tracking number available. Can someone from Royal Mail assist me in locating my documents? Hello, I am Robert G. from 4 Broome Close, RH12 5XG. Yesterday evening, 15.11.19, I tried to set up a mail redirect for 6-12 months to 91 Cootes Ave. RH122AF through the Royal Mail Website. Even though the £76.99 payment went through on Verified by Visa, the website indicated that the transaction failed. HSBC informed me that the transaction is pending a Ref. Code from Royal Mail. I am unsure why the transaction failed and would appreciate urgent clarification to avoid reapplying unnecessarily. Could you confirm if my redirect application is in the system and provide a reference code for the transaction completion? Hello, I have ordered 24 items from AliExpress, and some of them should have arrived by now. Unfortunately, there was no house number on the address I provided, causing all the items to be returned to the senders. I have contacted the sellers, but they claim they can't assist. The post office mentioned it's not their responsibility, and when I checked with Royal Mail, their system shows the items as delivered. I really need the items or a refund as I paid a substantial amount for the 24 items. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you.

I mailed a package via recorded delivery to a new customer on November 4th using tracking number (WM[redacted]87GB). It has been two weeks, and the recipient has not received it. Unfortunately, my local post office was unhelpful when I inquired about it. To rectify the situation, I sent a replacement package to the same customer also using recorded delivery. Upon checking the tracking online, I found out that the initial package was attempted to be delivered the next day, but no one was available. The message indicated that the package could be picked up or redelivered. As I have already sent a replacement package to the customer, I now wish to have the original package returned to me. I am unsure if I included my address on the first package, so I am seeking guidance on how to have the original parcel returned to me to avoid the customer receiving duplicate parcels.

I have nine small parcels coming from China to Nottingham, UK. Unfortunately, I made an error in the postcode. I entered NG7 2EP instead of NG7 1PB, which is close by. Each parcel from different aliexpress sellers, and I have a tracking number for each one. I am concerned that this mistake might cause delivery issues. The parcels usually go through the Royal Mail Nottingham Delivery Office. How can I quickly and easily correct the postcode on each parcel? Thank you for your assistance.

I am awaiting a parcel sent from London to Manchester via First Class post on Monday, November 18th. The parcel, containing live plants and unique items, was due to arrive by Wednesday, November 20th. However, it is now Friday, the 22nd, and there's been no sign of it. I require more specific details about its whereabouts and an updated delivery date as the contents are irreplaceable. The longer the parcel stays in transit during this cold season, the higher the risk of damage to the live plants. I am frustrated with the lack of information provided and need to ensure I am at home when it arrives.

I need to speak with a representative as I've been trying to resolve some issues, without any success. I sent two packages to Canada on 11/11/[redacted], both tracked and signed. The tracking numbers are RN[redacted]58GB and RN[redacted]75GB. However, the recipient hasn't received them yet. According to your tracking information, they left the UK on 13/11/[redacted] and were handed to the delivery partner. My customer is frustrated with the delay in delivery. This situation is harming my business and shaking my trust in Royal Mail. If I managed my company in this manner, I would quickly lose customers.

Dear Sir or Madam, A friend of mine sent a letter/card from Aberystwyth to La Rochelle, France last week for me to receive. However, the address was incomplete, so I never received it. Typically, undelivered letters are returned to the sender, but in this case, no address was left by the sender. I contacted the French postal service who informed me there is limited action they can take. The letter should be addressed to me, Bridget Maley, at [redacted] Rue de Courielles, La Rochelle, but it should have been addressed to [redacted] Rue de Courielles, Le Carrelt, La Rochelle. I recently received a package containing a gift for a family member, which I left unopened until today. When I inspected the gift, I found the item was undamaged despite the box being slightly damaged. However, to my surprise, I discovered three additional pieces of my mail inside the package. Two letters were from my banks and one from Tesco, all of which were important and required my attention. It concerns me that my post box mail ended up inside my parcel post.
