I rang Royal mail to ask why my parcel that I sent by *st class and signed for had not been delivered. *st time I tried to call i was in a queue for *he **mins before giving up . I rang again the next day and got through only to be told *st class doesn't mean delivered next day. They told me if it still hasn't been delivered by *st October get a claim form. Not happy at all

I telephoned Royal Mail and was told I would just have to wait and see if my parcel reaches its destination, and it took * days. Fortunately I could check my account where the parcel was returned. I paid for *st class and signed for. Neither of these things were done. It has made me think twice now when I post something. I posted a letter yesterday of some importance and paid £**.** just so it would be fully tracked and signed for delivery next day. Royal Mail was a reliable service this time, and fingers crossed it will be reliable when the item is returned to me using special delivery service. I will definitely think next time I have to use Royal Mail services.
