Order RD[redacted]10GB was placed on June 5th. I paid for delivery within 5-7 business days. On the 7th, I received tracking number NA[redacted]20. However, the package only started moving on June 10th and was stuck in a facility for over a week. I reached out to Boohoo on June 17th, and they updated me. The Royal Mail tracking system was finally updated on June 21st, stating my package was in the US. Surprisingly, it was marked as delivered the next day at 6:59 am, which is suspiciously early compared to my previous deliveries. The package was signed for with just a large 'S' instead of my name, Najee. Despite my attempts to contact both Boohoo and Royal Mail, I only received an email from the post office later that same day regarding my package.

I sent a parcel to Portchester Post Office PO16 9XB on Friday, June 21st, using Special Delivery for next day delivery with the additional charge for Saturday delivery of £10.92. The reference number is BH[redacted]75GB. It is currently 2:20 pm on Monday, June 24th, and the parcel has not yet been delivered. Can you provide information on 1) the new expected delivery date and 2) whether I will receive a refund for the additional charges due to the delay in delivery? Thank you, Zananet from Accounts

I received the card on June 20th at 14:10 indicating that a parcel was attempted to be delivered to my Safe Place, but I have no one available to assist. Unfortunately, there was no reference number provided on the card. The parcel is described as 'other'. Due to my disability and living alone, I am housebound and unable to easily retrieve parcels. Setting up a Safe Place notice on my door was meant to prevent such issues. I have called the Wilfred Road Sorting Office, but I have been unable to reach anyone as the line switches to FAX mode. Normally, they are very helpful. I have been waiting for 15 minutes now to speak to someone online for assistance. It's frustrating not being able to communicate with a person about redelivery options. I request that this matter be escalated to your Complaints Department and addressed promptly to avoid future incidents. An email response would be greatly appreciated for future correspondence.

I purchased Tracked 24 postage online for an item that needed to arrive tomorrow (28.06.19). However, when I arrived at the post office, the barcode and scan code were not accepted, despite the Royal Mail website stating the post offices that should have accepted my package, including Lark Lane. I ended up having to pay an extra £6.60 to ensure the package still reaches its destination by tomorrow, on top of the £4.02 I already paid online for what turned out to be ineffective. I am requesting a refund of £6.60 due to the inconvenience. If I hadn't been misled into thinking I could save money online, I wouldn't have paid the additional £6.60. After making the online payment, I had assured the recipient that the package would arrive the next day, leaving me no alternative. Thank you, I anticipate your prompt response. Kind regards, M. Hello, I recently purchased a "Kini Raikkonen [redacted] F1 Ferrari USA GP Winner framed canvas print signed" as a gift. The tracking number is RH[redacted]22GB. The delivery attempt was made on the 4th of July, but I was unable to receive it as I was at a funeral. The tracking information mentions a delivery card left in the mailbox, which I did not find. The delivery address is 7 Homestead Road, Forest Hills, Kloof [redacted]. Please advise on the redelivery of the package, as I need it before the 11th of July. Thank you.

I received a notice from the post office about a customs charge and handling fee for a gift package sent from the USA to the UK. The total amount requested is £26.68, which seems excessive considering the items in the package were mostly free items from the sender, except for a purse valued at around €10. The customs fee surpassing the value of the package is troubling to me. Any suggestions on how to address this situation would be appreciated.

I sell petite resin pet keepsakes on Etsy. They feature a small portion of pet cremains. American customers are interested in sending me cremains. USPS says it's allowed, but there are specific guidelines. I'm aware Royal Mail allows up to 50g of cremains, but can I receive them via Priority Mail Express International? Thank you, Wendy.

Hello, my name is Carol, and I reside in Wales while my mum lives alone in Essex. She faces challenges with her hearing and is mostly bedridden. Recently, some crucial documents were supposed to be delivered to my mum's address at 37, IG8 8DU, but they were too large to fit through the door, resulting in a failed delivery attempt. Due to my mum's difficulty in reading the handwriting on the redelivery card, I had to guess the date for rescheduling the delivery. After making the necessary arrangements, I discovered that the first failed delivery was sent back to the sender, which has caused some confusion. My mum has now claimed to have received two letters addressed to my partner, Mr. John G Corcoran, even though we have power of attorney for both my mum and dad. This is becoming quite a complicated situation. Hello, I need some assistance, please. I have not received my order. The tracking number is RN[redacted]35GB. The website states that the delivery partner attempted to deliver the parcel on 19-07-[redacted], but I was at my workplace, Segurança Social Tavira, as it is the correct address listed online. I did not receive a note for further arrangements. There have been numerous complaints about the delivery partner, GLS, in Portugal on government consumer complaint pages. I have tried contacting GLS for two days via phone and the email form on their website, but have had no luck. My phone number is +[redacted]34. There is a parcel shop near me in Tavira called Digital Video, but they do not have my order. I am worried about not receiving my order. I appreciate any help with the delivery. I've experienced a nightmare with Royal Mail. I ordered festival tickets worth over £[redacted], but they couldn't deliver them because no one was home to sign for them. I arranged for redelivery to my local post office, which was confirmed via email 2 weeks ago. Despite visiting the confirmed post office and the main one nearby multiple times, neither location has the tickets. Royal Mail's automated service claims a delivery was attempted, but I haven't received any notification. After many frustrating calls to different numbers, I haven't been able to reach a human to address this issue, and I'm still without my festival tickets after wasting hours on this matter.

I recently noticed that my item appears to be on its way to the wrong destination country. It was last located at the Langley depot on Saturday, but instead of heading to Sydney, Nova Scotia in Canada, it seems to be en route to Sydney, Australia. These documents are time-sensitive and crucial, and I want to emphasize that the address was originally correct. The package is ultimately intended for the Canadian immigration office. I missed both my delivery and the opportunity to pick it up from the local post depot while I was out of the country. The parcels are now being sent to the center in Belfast due to no return address. I need to have them sent back to me as I am now back home. There are two parcels addressed to H Fickling, one of which was underpaid by £2 in postage. I want to ensure they are not stuck in Belfast and potentially destroyed. One of the parcels was only sent this morning. Dear Forum Members, I would like to share an experience with a recent parcel I sent to my grandson. I had arranged for a special delivery on a Friday and was expecting it to be delivered on Monday by 1 pm. However, due to a miscommunication, the parcel was delivered early on Saturday to my grandson's employer's address, where his wife was unable to accept it and it is now on its way back to me as the sender. Unfortunately, I did not provide a return address for the parcel. The reference number for the parcel is J[redacted]GB, and my home address is 42 Spencers Lane, Skelmersdale, Lancashire, WN8 9JR. I have not received my item, involving Case #[redacted]15-21 for the "Reborn Baby Monkey Handmade Realistic Reborn Dolls Newborn Doll Toys Gifts." An investigation is underway for the missing parcel with tracking number LL[redacted]55CN. I am waiting for an "eBay Letter" to be sent once the investigation is completed. Royal Mail will interview the driver regarding the delivery to locate the parcel. Once the process is complete, the "eBay Letter" will be sent to my email or home address. If the letter confirms the item is lost or delivered to an unsafe place, I will need to send a copy to appeal the case. I am seeking assistance with the information eBay needs to resolve this situation. Your prompt response before midnight would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I contacted a Royal Mail number provided on a card notifying me of a parcel at the depot requiring a customs charge. Unfortunately, I believe I have been scammed by Keto diet pills. When speaking with Andy, who identified himself as a team leader, I expressed my desire to return the parcel and obtain a refund. Andy assured me that the parcel would be sent back promptly after consulting with a lady in Cardiff, indicating it would take 7-10 days for it to reach the company in America. However, it has been 5 days since then, and I see that my package is still in Cardiff. I am concerned and seeking clarification on the current status. The tracking number is 5XUE07A1ONUSQAJHOIRJOLZM. I posted an important letter on 23/08/19 using my debit card for payment. It was a signed-for item with an expected delivery time of 1 to 3 days. The tracking information only shows it was received on 23/08/19 with no updates since then. When I inquired at the Post Office I was told not to worry because Royal Mail is known for delays in updating the system. I paid for the signed-for service to have proof of sending the letter to DWP, but they claim they have not received it. The reference number is NJ[redacted]42GB sent on 23/08/19 at 17.03 from High View, [redacted] Stafford Road, Croydon, Surrey, CR0 4NH. It was a first-class signed-for large letter. I am frustrated with not being able to speak with a person. Any guidance on what steps to take next and how long I should wait would be appreciated. The recipient's postcode is Site A WV98 2ES. I found a Royal Mail silver card at my door for an unpaid package delivery. I brought the card to the Brantwood branch in Dundee, paid £2 for stamps, attached them to the card, and sent it according to instructions. However, I received the card back two days later. I then visited the Ivory Place post office sorting office this morning with the stamps on the card I previously paid for, but had to pay an additional £2 to retrieve the parcel. I believe I shouldn't have been charged again as I already paid for the stamps. Upon opening the package, I discovered it had a first class stamp on it, which was frustrating. I have receipts for the postage payment and can provide them for a potential refund.

I recently had a parcel sent to my home in Germany, but there was a mistake on the label which caused it to be returned to the UK. The package is now at the national returns center and contains a cure lamp for my nails and a small Roku TV box with cables. The address on the package is for Mrs. Hannah Stoves at Fleiderweg 7 in Wegberg, Germany. I haven't received my parcel from the UK, sent by RN[redacted]24GB, to Portugal. The last update on the GLS tracking site is from 20/8/[redacted] at 20:08, showing it was handed to GLS in London, UK. The tracking ID from GLS is ZZ7L4I17 and the reference number is [redacted]7. Despite GLS being the service partner, the parcel was sent under your responsibility using international tracked and signed. I'm still waiting for the parcel and wondering why there is a delay. I received another parcel with a different tracking number from the same eBay seller about two weeks ago, which was sent later. I may need your help as it seems the parcel could have been sent to the wrong place. Kind regards, Luis.
