Check all folders in your email attached to your account for tracking orders. They usually have the tracking information there. If not, log into your account on the company’s website and look under your previous orders there.

Hi. On ******* I sent a tracked parcel to the USA, tracking ref.LB*********GB for the price of £**.**. When I tracked online, it stated that the parcel was in Norcross Georgia in the USA ready to be. delivered on ****** at **.**. This is now the only automated message I get but the recipient has not got the parcel yet. When I call Royal Mail I am told by automated service that the parcel is now ready to leave the UK which is ridiculous. Can you please help me with this? Many thanks. Daniela Kersten
