Hi there, I'm waiting for a parcel with tracking number LL*********CN.**The parcel is addressed to me with the following address:**Juan Serra*Goodboy Digital*Unit B**Matchmakers Wharf*Homerton Road*London E* *FF**I can see in the tracking details that a delvery was attempted on Saturday ***** but no one was in. It says there that I should have got a 'something for you' red card, but I never got that - the card was definitely not delivered. To be honest, this address is a business and usually deliveries on Saturdays get automatically moved to Mondays but it didn't happen in this case but I guess that's a different story.**I've tried to schedule a redelivery twice already with no success. I first tried to schedule a redelivery for Tuesday ***** and I receive an email confirming it would be delivered that day with reference number *-*************. But it was never delivered, I can see in the tracking details that it was never scheduled to be redelivered.**After seeing this yesterday I tried to arrange a redelivery again, and I got an email confirming it will be delivered tomorrow Thursday ***** with reference number *-*************. But I am extremely worried it just won't show up again.**I don't know why I am unable to schedule a redelivery for this item even though I keep getting confirmation emails promising it will be delivered.**I thought about going to the post office to pick up the item, but I won't be allowed to without the 'someting for you' card for 'security reasons'... Which was never delivered to me**I tried to call customer service on ***** *** *** yesterday, but I gave up after half an hour of waiting to talk to a person. Today I've tried to call again, in fact I'm in the phone as I write this, and I'm hearing the classical music while I wait to be attended by a person. I am about to give up though as it's been close to ** minutes and I see no progress, I don't think I'll ever be able to talk to anyone in this phone number, and is costing me a lot of money.**Can you please tell me what to do? This is extremely stressful for me, not only the red card was never delivered to me but now it seems there is no way for me to get my item, and I really need to receive it tomorrow. Can you please tell me what can I do to make sure I get the item tomorrow, Thursday **th March?**I'm waiting for an answer from you.**Many thanks
