I received a grey card stating that I pay custom charges for a package I was expecting from the usa.*I paid this online and still no package arrived.*Now I am being telephoned by a private number from a royal mail sorting office worker stating that they have my package but there is confusion to where it should be delivered.*This confusion arises because my billing address is different to my delivery address. *I have telephoned the customer services and waited for over * hour before putting the phone down.*I contacted their online help service and all they told me was to ring customer services.*I even telephoned the sorting office which is holding my package (sheerness) and all I get is a answer machine. I did leave a message a few days ago.*I have even completed a 'redelivery' form online.*And yet... no package.*My Package Number is : LB*********US*Ref : Dennington ***** - C U*and I would like it delivered to me* *hd, number *
