Hi there! I ve sent you and email last week about a parcel I was waiting from UK to Greece. The tracking number was RN*********GB it was sent on ******** and the reply I got from Royal mail was that it was probably lost. So I contacted the seller again and they resent a new item to me with a new tracking number RN*********GB on ******** with royal mail.*The same day I got an email from parcel monkey that they got my parcel witha new reference number CK*********GB but when I track it says parcel not available. I contacted parcel force then and they told me that the parcel belongs to royal mail not them! Even if they sent me the email! *So I am AGAIN contacting you. Whats going on? Please advise. Is my parcel lost for *nd time? This is getting ridiculous. What can I do? I’ve contacted everyone and I still don't have my item. Thank you
