What 'tracking'? What Customer Service?

Help with my Royal Mail issue

track a parcel as there is no info on the trace & track since last Monday ... Am waiting for a parcel posted *st Class Signed for with tracking. Posted on Monday **th Oct. Tracking shows which Post Office received it and has the info. "We've got it!". It tells me further information will appear as it moves through the system. Have had NO tracking updates since & can't wait in after today (Friday **th). What is the point of paying for tracking info when there isn't any? Tracking number GQ*********GB. Can you update the tracking information so I know where you it's is?
I expected the *st Class Signed for service I paid for
letting me know where my parcel is.
Many years. Have always depended on R.Mail.
Tried R.Mail tracking site. Nothing. Tried their so-called Customer Service phone line. Just useless pre-recorded info sending me back to tracking.
