This is what I sent to customer services at Royal Mail.**Two birthday cards sent on the same day from * different areas of the country to Manchester have now arrived. The post code is M** *WU. Address is Flat * **-** Old Lansdowne Road, West Didsury, Manchester. One was selotaped down to ensure its delivery and the other contained a card which had been posted to me and I was then forwarding it in a new envelope, and checked by the post office for the correct postage etc. **Both of these cards have not arrived. Bearing in mind that the one I sent and forwarded had the original card inside would have had my address on I would like to know whether there is a problem at the Sorting Office*Delivery Office for both of these cards to have gone astray. They both were posted on *rd October ****.
