I received an incomplete mail notice today regarding insufficient postage, stating an amount due of £3.00. After paying the amount and scheduling a re-delivery, I began to question the legitimacy of the notice as I haven't made any recent orders to this address nor am I expecting any parcels. I suspect it might be a suspicious scheme where I would be sent a promotional item and then charged for it. Despite attempting to reach out to Royal Mail by phone for a refund and to ascertain the sender's information, I have been on hold for over 20 minutes without success. Hence, I am reaching out via email for assistance, as the response time is stated as within 29 hours. The re-delivery is currently set for the 29th, four days from now. I sent a package from the USA to my address in the UK. Unfortunately, my mother-in-law couldn't pick it up because they claimed the name was incorrect. The tracking number from the US post office is CW[redacted]77US. The sender's name is Oprea Ionut Adrian, and the recipient's name is Predescu Marilena. The package should be delivered to CM187 PE, [redacted] Long Banks, Harlow. The post office employees mentioned an issue with the recipient's last name. The package had "Predesco" instead of "Predescu," missing only the last letter according to the ID.

My name is Napoli Agostino. On 14-08-[redacted], I sent an international FREE PACKAGE with Italian Post, tracking number ZF[redacted]41IT. As of today, it still hasn't arrived. I called the Italian Post customer service, and they informed me that the package was handed over to Royal Mail in London. I notified my son that the package was already in London and to be alert. My son did not receive any delivery notification if he was not home when the courier came. He was not reached by phone, and if they did call, there was no caller ID when he couldn't answer. I wonder if this is incompetence or the inability to do such a simple job properly. This delay has caused a significant inconvenience as it prevented timely delivery of birthday gifts to my son and daughter-in-law, despite spending 40 euros. I hope the responsible parties are adequately reprimanded. Sincerely, Napoli Agostino. It was expected to arrive in three days, but sixteen days have passed. Where is my package? I am still waiting for explanations and responses.

I am renewing my complaint: on 14-08-[redacted], I sent a package with Poste Italiane-Royal Mail tracking code ZF[redacted]41IT, containing gifts for my son's name day. Since the 20th of August, it is in the United Kingdom / London asking for information from the recipient. My son (the recipient) did not receive any notification, no phone call was made (if they did call, they did not allow my son the chance to call back as the phone number was not visible). Without a doubt, it appears that the Royal Mail courier in London is unable to do the job assigned to them. Unbelievably, they were unable to make a phone call to speak with my son and failed to leave a notice of attempted delivery at that time.

Regarding the redirection renewal for Amanda Shanley from [redacted] Crescent Drive BR5 1BA to 38 Charlotte Close, Walderslade ME5 7LQ, the redirection was extended for 6 months until 22/4/19 and should have been charged £46.99. However, I noticed in my bank statement that you have debited £66.99 from my account on 17/9/18. I kindly request a refund of the overpayment of £20 to the original payment card promptly. Thank you, Amanda Shanley. Today, I tried contacting your customer service via phone and chat but encountered obstacles. My pay as you go phone credit depleted over £12 while I was on hold, and the chat agent required a reference number I didn't have, despite providing my details and outlining the billing error. Unfortunately, I was unable to receive assistance as they cited the Data Protection Act, which I believe was not applicable as I was not asking for sensitive information. This experience was disappointing, and I hope this email prompts a swift resolution to this matter. Thank you.

I contacted Royal Mail customer service regarding two birthday cards sent to Manchester from different areas. The post code is M20 2WU, and the address is Flat 4, 60-62 Old Lansdowne Road, West Didsbury, Manchester. One card was sealed, and the other had an enclosed card with proper postage. Unfortunately, neither card has been received, despite being posted on October 3, [redacted]. I am concerned about a possible issue at the Sorting/Delivery Office that may have caused both cards to go missing.

Dear Customer Service, I sent a package from the USA to the UK on September 11, [redacted]. I paid all Customs and USPS Priority mail fees. The package was supposed to arrive within 8 to 12 days at The Hird Residence in Crook, UK. Unfortunately, it never reached its destination. The residents have not received it, and it hasn't been returned to me in the USA. I'm currently eagerly awaiting a parcel that was sent using the 1st Class Signed for service with tracking. The package was posted on Monday, October 15. The tracking information indicates that a Post Office has received it and states "We've got it!". However, there have been no further updates since then, and today is the last day I can wait at home for the delivery (Friday, October 19). It's frustrating to pay for tracking and receive no updates. The tracking number is GQ[redacted]65GB. Could you please provide updated tracking information so I can locate the whereabouts of my parcel?

I ordered an item from Canada a month ago through Royal Mail, and it has failed to deliver four times. Three times they did not show up, and once they claimed to try when I was not home, but no card was left. I tried to have it delivered to my brother, but they failed again. I am in the Caribbean for the next 6 months, and my $[redacted] phone is stuck there. The courier's behavior was extremely upsetting as he was quite rude during the delivery. He insisted on speaking Dutch, despite me explaining that I didn't understand and kindly requesting English. This situation escalated when he became angry and made inappropriate comments. Luckily, a neighbor intervened, allowing me to avoid further confrontation. Such behavior is unacceptable in today's Europe, especially in a professional delivery service. Couriers interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds daily, and respectful communication is crucial. I urge you to address this incident seriously and consider your employee selection process. I hope this feedback prompts improvements, and I intend to pursue this matter further. Royal Mail attempted delivery but failed to gain entry. Wondering if the tradesman entrance was not working? This issue has never happened before. Since no red card was left, I cannot collect or arrange another delivery. After trying live chat, they mentioned the item should have been out for delivery today, but it hasn't arrived. Live chat couldn't assist further and advised contacting customer service. However, contacting them resulted in long hold times exceeding 25 minutes. As I try for the third time, currently holding for over 18 minutes. Waiting for an expensive watch, a 50th birthday gift, I'm concerned about its whereabouts. The lack of response from Royal Mail via phone or limited online chat is frustrating and inadequate.

Dear Customer Service, Several weeks ago, I made a purchase and had it delivered to [redacted] Edgware Road, London, with the postal code W2 1EB. The Royal Mail reference number for this package was FN[redacted]07GB. Unfortunately, due to traveling, I missed receiving the delivery. Upon inquiring at the Bayswater Post Office, I was informed that the parcel had been returned to the Royal Mail Handling Center. I requested a redelivery, and on 6 November, I received a redelivery reference number: 3-[redacted][redacted]. The parcel was scheduled to be sent back to Edgware Road on 7 November. I sent a package through the Post Office on Monday, 19/11/[redacted]. Surprisingly, it was returned to me on Wednesday, 21/11/[redacted]. I promptly brought it to Bramley Delivery Office that same day. The staff member who assisted me seemed puzzled by the situation, marked "To" and "From" on the package in pen, and scheduled it for delivery again the following Tuesday. Unfortunately, the same package has arrived at my house once more. This delay means my customer will not receive their item by the promised date, which reflects poorly on me, despite my efforts to fulfill my obligations. I ordered two items from eBay, and they were sent separately to the same address, as confirmed. I have the tracking number for one parcel, which shows it's delivered and signed for by 'IAN', but it went to the wrong address. I contacted the sorting office, but no one has followed up. The seller verified the address, but 'IAN' isn't here. The tracking number is GQ[redacted]72GB. Now I'm out of pocket, denied a refund due to the delivery within my vicinity, without the specific address.

Dear Sir/Madam, I require assistance with a complex issue. Here is the sequence of events: 1. A package was scheduled for delivery to me through UPS. The UPS tracking number for reference is 1Z67FW[redacted]39. 2. Regrettably, the package was sent to the incorrect address ([redacted] North Avenue instead of my address: [redacted] South Avenue SS24HT, only two streets apart). 3.
