My account has been debited according to a letter from RBC bank, now i understand that im expected to go into my home branch or the nearest one to me if home branch not possible... Well heres my predicament, im not mobile and im not near any RBC or any bank for the that matter but this needs to be resolved and every time i call i get the same answer and get no acknowledgement of the questions i ask.. I dont understand fully of what is happening other than i have had my bank account frauded (obviously), now i called my card in Lost*Stolen few days prior to RBC locking me out of everything so why did this happen still?? Shouldnt of my card have been cancelled?? Now i know this can be resolved without me present cause i have had similar issues with another bank and it was resolved rather easily and less headaches all over phone and computer... So either lets fix this or close my account permanently and see ya later...!
