I've contacted you before...but no success. I cannot access my account. I live in South Korea. The international numbers you provide DO NOT WORK. (Have someone from the RBC fly to South Korea...they'll see for themselves). I need someone to email me an access code...or....some manner of re-establishing my password. PLEASE do not suggest texting my phone for TWO reasons: *) The phone number you have on record is IN Canada. *) I'm ** years of age...and don't like using a cell phone. EMAIL is much better...especially from Asia. Certainly the RBC has some alternate means means of helping people re-enter a new password sans the use of a cellphone...don't they? Interesting. You have a space provided for people who have 'successfully' concluded their particular 'situation'....but for "No"...there is nothing provided at all. It seems to intimate you do not care if a customer cannot amend their problem*situation. I cannot get you to comprehend or understand...or communicate my problem successfully!!! YOUR international calling numbers to contact you from South Korea DO NOT WORK. You do not provide an email address......SO typical of corporations...whereby one can contact you directly. You seem to hide behind the notion of 'security'. I NEED an email address to contact you directly!!!!! I NEED a link to re-enter a NEW password. I NEED some way to contact someone DIRECTLY!!!!! This 'Get Human' avenue DOES NOT provide a direct means of communication. It is an adjunct to your (seeming) corporate philosophy....if they have a problem shift them somewhere.
