I'm a VA Patient of RoTech (Major Medical) here in Albuquerque. Date of Birth, **********. Name Joseph Chad-Patient No. *******- Location- ******-Frequency EW-Every Week.**To avoid what happened this last week, when I apparently 'fell thru the cracks' & didn't get an Oxygen delivery on Wednesday, **********, & didn't receive it until Thursday, **********, can you please tell RoTech Albuquerque to just schedule delivery of * large tanks every Wednesday for me? This will save your staff the trouble of calling every Tuesday to ask me how many do I need. It will also eliminate my having to call & leave my name on an answering machine, as I did on Wednesday, ********** & have my message not heard, erased or disregarded. Thanks.
