I was on the direct pay line expecting to be called next after the Person ahead of me was finished checking out thinking it was my turn to be servered instead of taking care of me , the cashier told me to wait because the person in the return line was next even though there was a second cashier taking care of the return line. I emmidiately complained and told my cashier that she was wrong to call the person in the return line ahead of me. She refused to correct the mix up .can you please teach your employees proper procedures and also teach them to show respect for your customers. My cashier was very rude to me .iI also complained to the store manager who was no hel straightening out the problem. This all took place at the Blossom Hill *Ross store in San Jose, ca.
