I have the Visa card I purchased a few items with but I don’t have the reciept and when I tried to return a hat and sweater that didn’t fit, I was told by the manager that I could not return it? Is it your company policy to treat people with returns and no reciept as if they are a thief who must of stolen it and then rudely reject them? At any other department store if you offer up the card you purchased it with they easily can look up the purchase and then make the return, why can’t your stores do the same?
