I purchased a sofa last Wednesday with * patterned pillows. The sofa was delivered with stains on it but I was told the cleaning service would come and correct that. Today I went in and asked to exchange the pillows and was told I would have to pay a $** delivery charge because the truck had to go to Lakeland to pick up the pillows. I said I could wait until their next trip up there and was not in a hurry, just wanted to exchange them.
GetHuman617253 did not yet indicate what RoomsToGo.com should do to make this right.
