I called because I was confused about how to set up my TV the person I spoke with said I needed to pay in order to have Roku. I was about to pay for the premium and gave my card info however I had a family issue and had to get off the phone I did not authorize this transaction. I told the representative to keep my info on file until I could get back to them. I recently discovered the money has come out of my account without my consent. I would like a refund because I was under the impression that I could not use my TV unless I purchased Roku however I have researched and realize that is not the case I do not want this service. The charge was for $***.**. If you could please refund me it would be much appreciated.
