My Roku will not connect to the internet I have restarted my Roku, my router called spectrum and it isn’t working I even reset my Roku to factory settings! I have paid for subscriptions and Spectrum cable and now I can’t watch any of my subscriptions that I paid for I have the Roku premiere and I purchased it from Best Buy at the end of November ****! I need to know what is happening? My name is Tonya Jones please advise and it is real messed up that you can’t talk to a human being!
