I woke up this morning and was unable to use my Roku account. It had erased all my channels. There was a code and pop up number I had to call to activate. The number is *-***-***-****. I called that number and spoke to Oscar employee id number RK***** who said that I would have to pay an activation fee to him of $** or he would erase access to my remaining tv as well as not be able to activate the initial tv complaint. he stated that an email was sent out to all roku clients informing them of this change. I am very upset because I was not given any email whether in my inbox or spam from Roku. Secondly, why is there now a charge for the app that comes along with my tv. can someone call me at ***-**-**** as Oscar is going to call me back or erase the roku account off all of my tv. He gave me a callback number at ***-***-****. thanks
