I am trying to get answers as to how someone has used my credit card info and made charges to my for services that I dont have or want ... My credit card was used by someone to use your services in Aug., Sept. I cancelled my card, was issued a new card, and the card was used again. I do not have any service with Roku....know very little about your service, do not stream live anything......Just want you to trace the number of my last card and see if you can find out who is jeopardizing my info.
VERy frustrating bc no one seems to be customer service oriented enough to return a call.
NOT Resolved! I want to talk with a person, not wait in line and still no call back from this company
I am NOT a customer nor will I ever be! You could give me free programming and I wouldn't take it.!!!!!
