Roku has been charging my bank account without my permission. My bank, Wells Fargo tracked charges all the way back to January of this year ****. Totaling ***.**. Could be more, I don't know. This was done without my permission. It's called froud in the eyes of the court. My bank can only go back ** days. **.$ and change. Roku owes me ****$. I would like to resolve this matter peacefully. I would like for roku to pay me back for what was taking from my Bank Account. My name is Darrell B. Hanson. My phone* is ***-***-****. I don't know how to contact roku due to coronavirus. I am counting on roku to do the proper thing. This will not look good for roku's name in publics eyes of roku's customers. Especially in the time of the coronavirus. Could be more people in the same situation. I would like to believe that roku will do the right thing and pay me back in full, plus competition for my inconvenience and loss of time trying to resolve this matter. Sincerely, Darrell B.
