to stream the current programs ... We turn on our roku and go to abc to watch General Hospital or the view. We are able to stream the older programs but not the new ones from last week. I get a message from GH **** no account returned from UPDA. ***-**** ***. The View player unable to retrieve files for player playbook.

I pay for service from roku and get no feed back or a live person to talk to, some kind of expert!
