I have had roku for *-* years. it has worked fine. Now it just turned off. It asked me to put a code in it Then call a number. I did as told. I got a gy on the line that wanted to charge me a fee. I ahd questions and I told him I would get back to him. I was sent an invoice I stll have questions. But now I can not get anyone fom roku on the line..... my tv just goes to the roku emblem and roku display. I reset the Sanyo Tv to factory setting and it still will not move from this screan. can you help me?
