The issue in GetHuman-dwerrick's own words
I Purchased four Roku streaming stick - *K streaming media players from Best Buy in March. I have two devices that are no longer properly working. One Roku device keeps giving me a warning that the Roku device is overheating. I have followed all of your suggestions and steps that you have given to solve this problem... Including ordering an HD extender. And the problem still exist. Your instructions say That if the problem continues do not use and contact Roku for an exchange if the warranty is still in place. My other Roku stick keeps powering off by itself. I hit the reset button and within a few seconds it starts blinking again and I receive the error message comes that it is not connected. I have found no suggestions for this problem at all. You are not excepting phone calls at this time so I have no understanding of how we can process a warrantee and exchange.
