I do not want or should be required to give out my credit card info if I am not going to purchase anything. Roku states on the box that it is free to sign up, activate and watch streaming channels. I understand there are apps that charge to rent movies or subscribe but if I do not want those why am I forced to do so? This has taken ** mind of my free time tonight and I'm rather disappointed that a service that is all about freedom from cable Bill's and free tv would strong arm their customers in such a deceptive way.*I do not have access to a laptop nor home PC so my phone is the only access I have available.

GetHuman-jdmb did not yet indicate what Roku should do to make this right.
