I cancelled HULU on my Roku thru the TV app on ******* however I was billed again on ******* for $**.**. I have gone to my online account under 'manage subscriptions' however the only subscription that has ever shown is ACORN. I need the subscription cancelled and a refund for cancellation since *******. I have tried calling numerous times and am given long wait times that never go down, in fact the wait times go up. I have left a callback number and never rec'd a call back. I feel that ROKU is acting in a fraudulent manner.

GetHuman-brysoj did not yet indicate what Roku should do to make this right.
