Interesting problem I haven't seen an answer to anywhere! *I am trying to connect a Roku (tried * different models ALL with the same results) thru a HDMI Adapter to a Sling M* but it DOESN'T WORK. That is, it is not possible to get any Ethernet video output from the Sling except for a "Incompatable Video" error message on the screen, but audio works. Yet at the same time the component video feeding the Sling and passed thru the Sling output to a TV has a perfect picture. Strangely as the Roku's boot up, everything works OK and the Sling sends the dancing Roku-bot image out to the world with no issues, but as soon as the boot ends the Sling image disappears and turns into an error comment. *I can't believe this isn't a known issue. Can someone please advise if there is a solution , or if there is a workaround that will get me going?
