The issue in GetHuman-wilsonnr's own words
I cannot get into my Roku account and I've done it three or four times before without much trouble. Now I cannot get into it at all and I know I am typing in the correct password and email address because I wrote it down and I watch very carefully to make sure I'm typing the right things and I watch the letter flash up when I type it and the numbers Etc so I know I am typing in everything correctly I try to use the tap chat room for Roku and I told them what the problem was and they come back with me what's the problem with your phone mother one what's the problem with your TV I tell him I don't have a problem with my TV or my phone is my Roku account please read what I'm typing but no one I don't think is live there and I cannot ever get in to get any help ever there's never any live beings at ***-***-**** so I don't know how you get through. I'm wondering if somebody fraudulently got into my account and changed my password or because they say that's the problem either the password or the email address they don't say
