I was charged for Starz when it says I would be notified when my trial period was up and before my card would be charged which never happened. This is the second month now my account has been charged and I have asked last month for it to be stopped. So now I am asking for it to be stopped and refunded the $**. I was never notified of the trial ending so the first lie and the second being told it would be taken care of. So I’d really appreciate for my money back and for this not to happen next month and etc... please someone who can actually help me take care of this.
