Bought a new Roku TV for the bedroom have a DirecTV service and a Roku stick for the front room the instructions on the Roku TV I got from Walmart said to enter the codes we did that and then it said cannot activate please call this number the number it gave us was a fraud asking for $**.** bucks or they told us what hundred Channel they were giving us free they sent a text would call and let us know which channels we got for life I called Walmart they gave me the *** number for roku.com and I was on hold * hours no one ever called me or answered it Saturday this supposedly is supposed to be a line that you will call me as soon as in someone is available I have now been on this service for an hour and have had no call call me back ***-***-**** if I don't get a call today I am posting on Facebook and Instagram that Roku TVs are jokes their customer service is a -* on a scale of * to ** and I will recommend nobody buy a Roku TV or use their service ever again I want the TV to work if I have to take it back I'm going to post it everyday for a month. My name is Scott the number again ***-***-**** get a manager to get someone to call me today Saturday it's *:** central time in the afternoon I expect a call shortly
