*. Hdmi connection issues**. Black screen for * to * seconds constantly*These * issues have been present since my ultra purchase a few months back. I have done everything and more but no one can fix the issues. It only happens when the ultra is connected. Never with directv or xbox x. I have a samsung **** series with hdmi *.*, *k, hdr, etc. Certified top hdmi connections to *.*. ROKU Version * upgrade. I have read tons of articles on these issues from roku customers like me. Your *.* update has made the issue worse. This sounds like an epidemic recall issue. You need to fix this issue. The tech support fixes never change. This is a roku issue. I have never gotten those errors from any other component....only roku. I love your device but this needs to be resolved asap. Watching constant black screen interruptions is unacceptable for your best unit. Please help...I am out of ideas.
