I am trying to set up a Roku account. I went all the way through the process then when I went to login, I got an incorrect email or password messsge. I tried to login * times. I asked for a password reset, never received that. On the off chance I input my email address incorrectly to sign up, I used another email and tried to set up another account, being very careful that everything was correct. Same issue. When asked to login, I get the error message and can’t get in. Asked for password reset, no email. Tried to call tech support, the phone just rings busy.
GetHuman-amicheli did not yet indicate what Roku should do to make this right.
