I have a newer tv that is a roku tv and I have no problem with it. I bought roku express and put it on an older tv and it does not work well at all. I would like to take the roku device back to the store but would like to deactivate it from my account. I put it on with the other account but has a different model number, I guess, linked to my password. How can I undo this? Your reviews are not good for working with people and I am hoping this is not true. Please help to solve this problem.
