Sorry in **'s and not computer literate.* Purchased a new TV with Roku. Had Roku Streaming Stick* on old TV. Wanted to transfer to new TV Had trouble getting Roku on new TV. Wanted to move Streaming Stick. Called * shown on TV for help and person did not help but canceled my Streaming Stick*. Now have nothing. Would like Streaming Stick* to be reactivated, Please!
